1. General Policy
At featmind.ai, we strive to provide high-quality AI-powered spiritual guidance and FEAT Report generation through our proprietary FeatMind App. Since these services are digital and instantly accessible, our platform generally follows a No Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
The user purchased a subscription pass (Access Pass or Top-Up) but did not use the account.
No AI Guru chat sessions were initiated.
No FEAT Reports were generated.
The user must submit a refund request within 7 days from the date of transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
You will not be eligible for a refund if:
You have accessed the AI Chat Guru.
You have generated or downloaded a FEAT Report.
You request a refund after 7 days of purchase.
The subscription has already expired.
Once a service is used, it is deemed consumed and cannot be refunded.
4. Refund Process
Users must send a refund request to support@featmind.ai with proof of payment and account details.
Eligible refunds will be reviewed and credited manually within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be issued directly to the user’s bank account or the original payment method, depending on feasibility.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund if services have already been used.
